Trauma, injury, illness, and long seasons of stress can leave more behind than memories. The Emotion Code is a gentle energy-healing method built on a simple idea: emotions that never got processed can become trapped, and they can affect how we feel physically and emotionally years later. In our sessions we find those trapped emotions and release them. It's important to take out the emotional garbage every now and then, and for some of us it's been collecting for years!
Do you ever notice yourself repeating the same patterns no matter how hard you try to break them? The same reactions, the same conflicts, the same stuck places? Cycles like these usually have a first trigger. Until that trigger is cleared, the cycle keeps coming back around. My Healer's Blueprint sessions help you discover what's underneath the pattern and clear it, so you're not fighting the same battle over and over.
Sessions are conversational and gentle. Using muscle response testing, we identify specific trapped emotions, find out when they took hold, and release them one at a time. Some clients find it unexpectedly emotional. Others describe it as deeply relieving, or simply peaceful. No two sessions are alike.
Energy work attracts a wide range of practitioners. I'm a registered nurse. After 20+ years in conventional healthcare, I'll always be straightforward with you about what these sessions are and what they aren't. Emotion Code complements mental health care and medical treatment; it doesn't replace them.
